Our restaurant is open daily during the summer and autumn season from 11/06/21 until 09/10/21. We have also opened during the weekends 15/10/21-16/10/21 and 22/10/21-23/10/21.
Every evening we serve a home made 3 courses dinner. The dishes we serve are based on local ingredients. Moose, trout, lamb and of course the local goat cheese are important ingredients beside herbs from our own garden and berries from the forests around us. We often try to add a little twist to the traditional recipe by making it slightly new without removing the original identity.
