Our restaurant is open this winter from 18/12/20 until 02/01/21 and from 01/02/21 until 10/04/21.
Every evening we serve a home made 3 courses dinner. The dishes we serve are based on local ingredients. Elk, lamb and of course char and trout are important ingredients beside mushrooms and berries from the forests around us. We often try to add a little twist to the traditional recipe by making it slightly new without removing the original identity.
