    Rondane River Lodge has a long tradition in serving home made food freshly prepared by the lady of the house. Traditional Norwegian dishes are blended with international flavours. We take pride in using local ingredients whenever possible. Elk, lamb and of course char and trout are important ingredients beside mushrooms and berries from the forests around us.

     

    We regularly change our menu throughout the season and can cater for special needs. Inform us in advance and let us surprise you. Check our actual menu here and start getting appetized.

    Come and taste our famous moose stew. Or what about fresh Sollia trout fished by local fishermen.

    Our restaurant is open daily during the summer and hunting season. During winter we are open from 16/12/22 until 07/01/23 and from 27/01/23 until 15/04/23.

     

    We serve a 3 courses dinner at 19h00 and you are welcome to make a reservation also when not staying at Rondane River Lodge. We take reservations until 14h00 as long as we have capacity.
